Marines and Sailors meet with Col. David D. Rabb while visiting the Veterans' Affairs Health Care System Hospital as part of San Francisco Fleet Week 2015, Oct. 6. Col. Rabb, U.S. Army Reserves, is the commanding officer of the 113th Medical Detachment, Combat Stress Control Unit, where soldiers with combat operational stress are treated. SFFW '15 is a week-long event that blends a unique training and education program, bringing together key civilian emergency responders and Naval crisis-response forces to exchange best practices focused on humanitarian assistance disaster relief with particular emphasis on defense support to civil authorities.
