David Wilson, sergeant major, I MHG, address Marines and Sailors after a motivational run at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., Nov. 10, 2016. The motivational run was done in celebration of the 241st birthday of the United States Marine Corps. On Nov. 1, 1921, General John A.
