Master Sgt. James A. Allen, Detachment 4-2 chief with the 4th Civil Affairs Group out of Naval District Washington, Washington, D.C., hands out candy to Iraqi children in Baghdadi, Iraq, Oct. 11 during Operation Benefit Day. During the operation, Iraqi Security Forces and 4th CAG Marines passed out backpacks full of school supplies to the children.
