U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Jacob Coleman, a military policeman with Law Enforcement Detachment, Task Force Koa Moana, talks to an officer with Palau Police Force, during a live-five training at Ngardmau, Republic of Palau, Nov. 28.
