U.S. Marine Cpl. Taylor Giffard, a ground signals operator with Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force-Crisis Response-Central Command, acts as an opposition force during a mission readiness exercise for 1st Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment, at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia, Nov. 24, 2015. Giffard probed the Marine forward operating base and simulated enemy tactics to give the Marines a realistic look at possible scenarios during the exercise.
