  • I MEF Help Desk:  Available to assist unit DTS administrators and officials with DTS permissions, system issues, travel determinations, and returned voucher inquires. I MEF Help Desk is staffed Monday through Friday from 0730 to 1630 and can be contacted via phone or email:

  • Travel Assistance Center (TAC): (also referred to as the Tier III Help Desk), assists travelers with system related issues and can be contacted via phone:
