Albert Macklin, a battery local security chief with Battery Q, 5th Battalion, 11th Marine Regiment, I Marine Expeditionary Force and New Orleans native, helps coordinate 360-degree security during Spring Fire Exercise at Camp Pendleton March 31, 2016.
