Marines with Combat Logistics Battalion 7, I Marine Expeditionary Force, attend a Basic Machine Gunner's course at the Combat Skills Training school at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., Jan. 18-29, 2016. The Marines with CLB-7 are from Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms. This is a unique training opportunity for the Marines to interact with their 1st Marine Logistics Group counterparts. Marines with 1st Battalion, 1st Marines conduct mortar and M240B machingun training aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., June 3, 2014. The mortarmen completed approximately 15 fire missions to familiarize Marines with their weapon systems.The following day, machine gunners participated in a basic qualification course to test the Marines’ skills behind their weapon.
