MOUNT BUNDEY TRAINING AREA, Australia -- U.S. Marines with 3rd Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, Marine Rotational Force Darwin, along with soldiers from Australian Army’s 5th Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment, close with and engage a simulated enemy force during Exercise Talisman Saber 17, June 30, 2017. Talisman Saber is a jointly sponsored exercise between U.S. Pacific Command and the Australian Defence Force’s Joint Operations Command, and incorporates U.S. Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force and the Australian Defence Force, as well as other government agencies from each country.
