The Battle Color Detachment performed during a ceremony at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., March 16. The detachment is a ceremonial unit featuring the Silent Drill Platoon, United States Marine Drum and Bugle Corps and Marine Corps Official Color Guard. SAN DIEGO, Calif. – U.S. Marines and sailors assigned to I Marine Expeditionary Force supported more than 140 community events in 2017. I MEF is committed to strengthening its ties through volunteering and participating in pubic engagements.
