Collins, 40, from San Clemente, Calif., and the executive officer for the Joint Sustainment Academy Southwest, I Marine Expeditionary Force Headquaters Group partcipates in an interview about the importance of the Comabt Lifesaver course at Camp Pendleton, Oct. 28.
