RAMADI, Iraq -- Maj. Gen. Richard M. Zilmer, commanding general, Multi-National Forces-West, helped cut the ribbon to the new headquaters building for the 7th Iraqi Army Division at Camp Blue Diamond May 9. The building that once served as a retreat for Sadam Hussein and his extended family will soon be home for more than 1,500 Iraqi Army soldiers shceduled to work in support of the division.
