Staff Sgt. Courtney Hunt, a military policeman with 1st Law Enforcement Battalion, performs a function check on an M240B machine gun during a challenge course for the sixth event in the I Marine Expeditionary Force Commander's Cup tournament at Camp Pendleton, Calif., April 18. The Commander's Cup consists of seven challenges over the course of seven months. The final challenge will take place next month, where the winning battalion will be announced. Hunt, 31, is from Hoke County, N.C.
