Lance Cpl. Darrius Arnold, a hazardous material maintainer and motor transport mechanic with 1st Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, works on the brakes of one of the Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected vehicles aboard Camp Leatherneck, Helmand province, Afghanistan, July 11, 2014. Arnold, a native of Virginia Beach, Virginia, is one of the mechanics responsible for ensuring vehicles run properly and effectively in order to complete the mission for coalition forces serving with Regional Command (Southwest).
