Marines listen as a I Marine Expeditionary Force subordinate command element representative gives a brief during a rehearsal of concepts drill during the I Marine Expeditionary Force Exercise 2015 aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., Feb. 17. The exercise allowed service members the ability to rehearse and execute various task on the MEF level for the first time in more than ten years.
