Lieutenant Col. William T. Wilburn, the outgoing commanding officer of 1st Intelligence Battalion, passes the colors to the incoming commanding officer, Lt. Col. Seth E. Anderson, during the 1st Intel change of command ceremony aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., June 11, 2015. Wilburn passed the colors to Anderson to signify the handing over of authority as the commanding officer of 1st Intel.
