A U.S. Marine bulldozer works to build a defensive berm to enhance the perimeter of Camp Manion, Iraq, Aug. 20, 2015. Located on Al Taqaddum, Air Base, the camp is named after Marine 1st Lt. Travis Manion, who was killed in action in Anbar province in 2007. Coalition personnel reestablished a presence there in June 2015 to advise and assist the Iraqi security forces. By pairing experienced personnel with their Iraqi counterparts, coalition forces can provide intelligence, logistics and operations planning support to ultimately enable the Iraqi security forces to defeat the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant.
