Marines start their nine-mile trek through the Juliet Training Area before the sun crests over the hilltops aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., Nov. 20, 2015. The unit hike brought Marines together to boost morale, maintain physical fitness and collect canned goods for local charities. The canned goods collected will be donated to the Women’s Resource Center and Brother Benno’s, organizations in Oceanside, Calif. The organizations’ mission is to help those less fortunate in the community. The Marines are with 7th ESB, 1st Marine Logistics Group, I Marine Expeditionary Force, aboard MCB Camp Pendleton.
