U.S. Marines Lance Cpl. Carlen Stone Gordon, right, and Cpl. Arturo Frias, both tactical switchboard operators with Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force-Crisis Response-Central Command, check the programming of a Deployable End Office Suite (DEOS) switchboard prior to setting up expeditionary telephone communications for a Marine element deployed within the U.S. Central Command area of operation. Stone Gordon is from Lynchburg, Penn., and Frias is from Houston. This is the first deployment for both Marines, and they want send well wishes to their families this holiday season.
