Marines pose for a picture with a local business owner before collecting toys and donations for the Toys for Tots program throughout Southern California, Dec. 18, 2015. Maj. Bill Hendricks, United States Marine Corps Reserve, started the Toys for Tots program in 1947, and it has since gone on to collect more than 500 million toys for underprivileged children during the holidays.
