MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. – 1st Sgt. Matina Spaulding, company first sergeant with 2nd Battalion, 11th Marine Regiment, speaks to Secretary of the Navy, the Honorable Mr. Ray Mabus, during a luncheon at Camp Pendleton April 12, 2016.
