MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. - 1st Lt. Carl Welch inquires about the Ground Renewable Expeditionary Energy Network System at the Pacific Views Events Center during the “Tactical & Technology Day” on Camp Pendleton April 20, 2016.
