MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. -- Corporal Larae Butler, a military policeman with Law Enforcement Platoon, Koa Moana 16-4, uses a holly stick to locate mock improvised explosive device wires on Camp Pendleton June 23, 2016. A holly stick is used to help confirm the spotting of an IED. Koa Moana seeks to enhance senior military leader engagements between allied and partner nations with a collective interest in military-to-military relations, as well as discuss key aspects of military operations, capability development, and interoperability.
