CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. - U.S. Marine Corps Col. Jay Hanlon, command inspector general, I Marine Expeditionary Force kisses his wife Heather Pauline Hanlon during his retirement ceremony at the Ranch House, Camp Pendleton, Calif., Jan 11, 2018.
