U.S. Marines with 1st Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, offload combat rubber reconnaissance craft during an amphibious raid course hosted by Expeditionary Operations Training Group, I Marine Expeditionary Force, at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, June 21, 2023. The purpose of the amphibious raid course is to train raid force tactics, techniques, and procedures to enhance 1st Bn., 1st Marines’ capabilities in preparation for their deployment with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit.
