U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Gen. Michael S. Cederholm, right, the commanding general of I Marine Expeditionary Force, recognizes Marines and Sailors with 7th Engineer Support Battalion, 1st Marine Logistics Group, I MEF, for exceptional performance during Operation Clean Sweep II on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, July 1, 2025. The unit was awarded a $5,000 check to be invested in the rest and recuperation of Marines and Sailors in line with the Barracks 360 Reset initiative. The initiative aims to improve the living conditions and operational readiness of Marines and Sailors through increased oversight by command teams, a dedicated effort to reduce the maintenance backlog and shared ownership of the barracks.
