U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsmen with 1st Medical Battalion, 1st Marine Logistics Group, treat a simulated casualty during a Certification Exercise on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, March 4, 2026. 1st Med Bn conducted the CERTEX to preserve medical readiness in core mission essential tasks and demonstrate proficiency in field environment medical care.
