I MEF Defense Travel System Helpdesk

 

miSSION

 The I MEF/MCI-West DTS Help Desk serves as a Tier II Help Desk and Lead Defense Travel Administrator for I MEF and MCI-West HQ(Campen) units. The help desk provides initial and refresher training for all DTS appointed officials and administrators with the focus of enabling the commander with a compliant DTS program. The help desk also monitors DTS permissions, provides travel determinations, and troubleshooting assistance.

 

DoN Civilian TAD travel has been suspended until further notice per DoN Memo dtd Mar 7 2025. Review the DoN Memo under References for exemptions.

Contacts:

travelers must contact the unit Organization Defense travel administrator (odta) who is typically in the S-1 for the following requests:

-  Creating a new profile or getting attached to the new DTS organization

-  Assistance with adjusting or correcting authorizations or vouchers

-  Authorization or voucher routing delays concerns
